Who else fell for the MacBook Wheel?
...I didn't.
You’ve got to love the good old MacBook Wheel from the Onion News Network. If you haven't seen it, click here. Then return to this (this post). We want views, damnit!
Just thought I'd like to share how someone at school was bringing up in conversation how Apple is releasing a new laptop with just a wheel.
He also tried to defend his idea that the whole thing was real (good guy though) but I’m just a little curious as to how many other people believed the MacBook Wheel was real? Luckily I didn't fall for it (coming from the same person who was hoping "Kenny" was a real documentary), but I thought that it was a damn good joke and a good one to fall for! Thumbs up to the Onion News Network and other satirists.
On another note, another person at school had announced that Microsoft was releasing a new operating system soon, it’s called “Vista 7”.
People who aren't so informed in tech make mistakes, which is understandable. But hehe.... we (you, I, the geek) get to laugh at these mistakes!
Which remind me... "How big is your hard drive?" "1 terror bite". Whee-hee-hee! Laughing at the expense of others. Gotta love it! Well, to a certain extent. Matthew for instance finds people falling over hilarious. I don't, unless it's a fall with style.
